Aidan works primarily as a commissioning scientist on ASKAP but maintains an active interest in the Parkes Pulsar Timing Array and various other high-time-resolution experiments including a study of the polarisation of Rotating RAdio Transients (RRATs) and the single-pulse properties of the Vela pulsar.

Aidan has an interest in instrument development and occasionally contributes to PSRCHIVE [1] and DSPSR [2].
