Scott [1] is an astronomer at NRAO in Charlottesille, VA who is interested in all things pulsars, but particularly search for and timing the exotic ones. He wrote the software toolkit PRESTO [2] and is currently working on the new pulsar backend for the GBT called GUPPI.
