PM-related Projects and Observers

green observers indicate that the session is adequately covered by people involved in the PM collaboration
black observers indicate that the session is adequately covered by people who kindly offered to help
red observers or ??? indicate more observers are required or the observers are not confirmed yet

In the time column, ‘Full’ indicates ~24hr obs while ‘3\4’ ~18hr obs: both cases require at least TWO observers
‘1/2’ indicates ~half day obs, requiring at least ONE observer
‘Short’ indicates a session that lasts less than half a day and requires just ONE observer
In order to make the volunteering easier, the dates of other two major projects (involving most people of the PM-Related ones) have been also reported in blue . However, note that volunteering for the blue projects must be done elsewhere. See bottom for observer initials key.
